What makes Highlands Ranch special is that there are so many hidden areas within the neighborhoods. Dad Clark Park has it's own community garden. Dad Clark Park in Highlands Ranch is unique for its scenic setting and historical significance. The park features beautiful walking trails, open green spaces, and a serene pond, making it a peaceful spot for relaxation and outdoor activities. What sets it apart is its connection to the local area's heritage, with interpretive signs that highlight the history of the land. It’s a perfect blend of natural beauty and historical charm, offering a quiet retreat for visitors.

Part of what makes Highlands Ranch special is that there are so many hidden areas within the neighborhoods. I did not know about the community garden (The Potato Patch), located here until I took these pictures in 2013, and I have lived in Highlands Ranch since 1996!
